    The holder of a ticket VIP (Very Important Person) approved some of the most exclusive part of the reception, while the ticket holder is admitted Meet & Greet in the general area in which people run around trying d 'are important in the cat from someone when they seen. Assume a reception in the capital of a state or country and see all the fools are all trying to see or be seen or appear to be significant. It's really fun, but can be very impressive, a true professional "to see the work of the room."
