Is there a free way to find listings of home foreclosures in my area? - subprime reset
I live in the DC metropolitan area (Maryland suburbs) and want to find homes in foreclosure. I know there are many homeowners with subprime loans for the purchase of a house than you can really afford. Many of these loans does not return to rates that people can afford. Is there a list of home you have to be there or currenlt in foreclosure? Is there a free database with this information?

If you only work with a realtor. I will not cost you anything to work with them. Plus with the foreclosure, are necessary.
ReplyDeleteIt is a matter of public knowledge, so that when you are ready, in time you can get lists of foreclosed properties made in your local court. Therefore, you should ask them if they're online or you have to actually go against them.
