How do you interpret the vacuum hose diagram for a 1987 Ford Ranger? - diagram of a brizillian wax

I'm working on my car and need to run only the hoses to vacuum. I have a house vacuum routing diagram, but I do not understand. I also have the manual for the truck, but it dosent help me at all. I am not sure how the chart to the pipes do not run really understand the abbreviations used in the graphic result, so will you interpret the hose is a little confusing. the only thing that can represent the carburetor. Thanks for any help!
