Interior Paint Trends Can You Sell A Home With Vivid Interior Paint Colors?

Can you sell a home with vivid interior paint colors? - interior paint trends

Hello. I have a house that was built recently. It was originally painted white. I hate white walls and fire. All rooms have color, and when I say, I mean eggplant purple, forest green, red area ... The house is square, each room is a field not many rooms, is responsible for defining the nature of the utmost importance. If the house only in black or brown, it would be a very big field. Also, I am a "live" so I wanted my home to reflect who I am, according to the latest trend. I read that the colors are a deviation to the buyers. Is that true? I never want to paint it if you sell it at the time because it would cost thousands (the house is over 4500 square meters). I understood, at least for me personally it helpful to sell a house if the buyer sees in him something they love. There must be people who appreciate the color.

  1. Of course there are many people who know the color: to appreciate the color of their choice. If you do not want in any room I want the "family room, paint kitchen, living room, the soft and soothing colors. You do not know his strength, but white or gray nearwhite would.

They want to see the people, "their" home when the band introduce to them.

  2. The word is "stagging 'you need to complete and is what sells a house in a competitive market. Color or not, must be a home Stagg. Meaning and all the extras and a little too personal trophies, items ... What the (he's reluctant pro) is taken after all the things about what they publish in plants and fresh flowers. Even if you are really concerned about painting, I would say that the MLS is (ad) a subsidy for the table gives the new owner after closing. Hope this helps!

  3. I think that the paint does not make or break a sale. If you are creative and show the house and can result in someone's eyes, would not be so creative, but I've always wanted.
As a buyer of the house, I would never allow to change the colors of the walls of my decision, I see it as something very favorable change, repeat for other than a kitchen, the bathroom, tiles, etc.. . So if you feel confident that your house looks good, do not waste your time.
Most people would be willing to buy a house if they like the location, design, performance ... etc. .. If this is you can always bribe to painting.

If you are in a very consert live, you may need to be deleted.
Ask advice from your real estate agent for advice.
    Good luck to you!

  5. It's harder to sell their homes with bright colors. Can you buy the paint and painted the shell? Or in the local paper to see if you can paint a painter to come and get a room for $ 100 or less? The other person is right. People need to imagine at home, and when she is mad, he will not be able to. Good luck.

  7. I agree with twowords be painting the family room key ... but not very far from the gray. The white is your best option. As for the, what costs $ $ $, you will reap a return on investment.

Others propose moving more furniture for the rooms look bigger. Remove all pictures of the family, as noted from their homes and not potential buyers.

Just the thought - color = more money in their pockets. Color = more money in their pocket. Color = more money:)

    Hope this helps

  8. The wall colors are not the problem when it comes to selling a house. Of course there are people who love the colors. But even if they like the color that is not the problem.

The reason is placed on the walls neutral colors when it comes to selling your home, is appealing to as many people as possible. Neutral colors do not affect everyone. Neutral colors sell your home much faster an auction house (as is generally the market for about 11 days !)...

However, since all the colors in fashion, you can not see beyond. Honest. They are the orange walls and can not imagine at home ... and this is what you want. And she can not scream with all colors, is their home .... and will not buy ...

People who build the model homes and learned an art. Funky colors and many did not sell well, not to sell empty houses either not good. Go visit some model homes. See how deocrated, painted and finished. Almost everyone canfeel in these houses ...

In stage I to sell houses for a living. 4 months ago called me a few to your home stage. You have really extravagant colors on the walls. I suggesed painting. They said no, they do not want to get rid spend up to $ $ $ on something they thought. But there is mad! Do you want to ensure your car to someone without, it looks to sell out his best? No, why should it with a house that is a major investment. A car devalued. Go figure ... some people ...

In any case, the House put on the market at $ 715,000.00 ... After 2 months, shortly before the agent has lost the list, which lowered the price to $ 515,000.00 ... So instead of spending about 4 billion within the host organization, has 200 miles actions affect hundreds of dollars! The last few months of not selling rota and then.

3 weeks ago, they remembered me. They said they were willing to try anything ... including stops at home. It took 5 days to show the house ready to get ... Total cost of $ 3, 718.46 ... They put the house back on the market at $ 695.000.00 The partner me yesterday to tell me that the house after only 9 hits for a wide ..... sold was $ 722,000.00! More than we quoted for ... and this time they have sold .... bytheowner.com not pay commissions for the agents. 5 offers were wins against each other for the house and the high bidder! She asked me to go tomorrow ... she wants me a bonus of one thousand dollars through the sale of your home soooo fast!

So ... still want to sell bright colors and funky keep living? Not a good idea ....

  9. Bright, bright colors * * hinder the sale of your home. Incidentally, by the most can go see the color, but no one is willing to give a real struggle for the price, either.

In most cases you want a color that potential buyers "ignore" so that they can concentrate on the construction of the house. Sorry if you do not like white or brown, but it will not be at home. And not necessarily * need * to be white or beige. Choose something Glidden "natural and reassuring," or "relaxed and comfortable" collections, so that "Breeze". These colors make people feel good.

The experience of real life - a friend who had painted his house, as they were, with bright and vivid. He remained on the market for a year, until finally all painted beige - then sold a few weeks. It makes a difference.
